Wow:)
That is some post, I thank you. Lets see if I can answer some of your questions. The pipe is a fixed voltage by design to how many ohms there is in the load circuit. 3.7 volts is max on a 2.8 ohm coil. The voltage drops from there as the ohms go down. When you go below 1 ohm it will...
Thank you so much. I'm more of a straight pipe guy but, I have been enjoying the bent one now that I have one. There is no stain on the wood. I soak it in a clear polymer mix for 24 hours. It's a wait and see what color comes out. I think the bowl on the bent pipe is to big. If you were to...
Some nice pic's of the finished pipes. Almost have the G-code done for the router. Should be making production pipe bowls here soon. They sure are fun to vape. I need to make about 500 more.:):)

I think I'm heading down the right road here. Took your input and mixed it with my style. A litle more work on bowl design and it will dial right in. Thank you.:)
Finished sanding the new pipe bowl. I'm going to thin it up next time and blend in the stem better. It needs to soak over night and I can then rub it out. Another something new, I pulled the bent mouth piece out of its mold. It's a little shorter then the straight mouth piece. I just had to...
Sanded everything off that didn't look like a pipe bowl and this is what I ended up with. Down to hand sanding and sealer. I kind of like it and may have to make some more.:)

Something new. Angled the mouth piece up, like I was asked to. It's kind of tricky becaues the center post of the adaptor has to turn at the bottom of the bowl and slide up in. you can see it in one of the pics.

You're right, the iClear work great. The iClear, dual coil 1.5 ohm set up is the way to go. You can go through 1.6ml of juice in about 5 minutes however. The protank seems to have better taste for some reason.
The pipe will fit most of the mini mizer. Right now I'm using a Mini Protank. I like to keep my pipes clean and I wash it all the time. And yes I don't seem to have a problem with it flooding / gurgle-y.:)
Who would of thought, it would be so hard to have a spring made. The ones I had made are out of 316 stainless steel. I'm going with a steady spring tension on the center contact point. No voltage goes through the spring. The new spring is good for 10 in/lbs of pressure. Seems to be working...
Thank you so much. You're seeing a new company start from an idea to product going to market. I'm going to start with sales in the Northwest first, this coming year. Then move out across the country as I can. Hope you watch the thread. There is much more to come.:)
Made all new parts using the fixtures that I have been working on and built a new pipe. Has all the upgrades and everything lines up. I used one of the bowls I had. One of the biggest upgrades is the center contact in the adaptor. I went with an .050 overlay on the brass post. Then it went...
I don't mind if you post pics of other peoples pipes and those are nice pipes. I thought about doing pipes without the mouth piece and do them just like you posted. They look good and have style. It's just not the kind of pipe I want to build. I think there is a market out there for the kind...
Thank you. And you should picture it as an old school pipe. From cartoons to the president of the United States, all smoked straight pipes, down through history. Even Santa himself likes a nice bowl of fine Virgina tobacco in a straight pipe. There was only one person that broke the mold in...
Well I think I'm done with the straight stem pipe. I'm happy with the bowl design and how the mouth piece turned out. I made a change in the PCB. The LED is dim when the mizer is connected and very bright when it is not. It goes off if the coil is to low of an ohm or the battery gets low...
Sorry about the recent change in income. That's never fun before the holidays. Hang in there.
Yes the board is water proof, the ends of the wires are sealed and the wood inside the bowl is sealed with a polymer sealent. The wires are silver/lead tinned the full lenght. Some of the parts...
