    emberl very good! I am just starting down this road after 49 years of tobacco . This is almost the start of week 4 and I'm still having a few tobaccos (2-4), but it is diminishing. I have found myself vaping a good bit. At this point in time , vaping more than I was smoking, but I do like it.
