Signature Required for new GRAND delivery?
Someone has to be at the delivery address to sign for the package, or take the card they leave to the post office to pick it up. My post office makes me wait until the day after the attempted home delivery to pick it up at the post office. -

Cant believe I have to pocket a spare battery!
Look in the craft section of a Hobby Lobby or Michaels (where they keep the beading supplies). There are several sizes of tubes to store loose beads that may be the right size to slip in a battery. The ones I'm thinking of have a screw on lid and are plastic. -

Just because it has been done, doesn't mean it is a good idea. I would suggest the OP find something to put the battery in like a small pill case or mint box. Better safe than sorry. -

I was having the same problem last week. Even though I clean my Grand every week or two, I guess it needed a little extra attention. Congrats on your fix! -
