    You may have screwed your tank on too tightly, which depressed the center pin to the point that it is causing a short in the battery. This would prevent it from firing or charging. Grab a toothpick or a jeweler's screwdriver and work the center pin up a little.

    My iStick is faulty. The voltage/wattage regulation is all over the place. I have to keep it set at the lowest possible setting (3.0V) to get a good hit, and even then, I still get random scorched hits.

    Absolutely! I always enjoyed the massive clouds of smoke I would make when I smoked a cigarette in really cold weather. I'm no cloud chaser, but there is a certain amount of satisfaction that comes from blowing a nice plume. :)

    Soaking in vodka or PGA would be your best bet. You should be able to get rid of the taste from the tank itself (base, center tube, mouthpiece), but unfortunately, the coil will not be salvageable, no matter what you do.
