There are definitely ECF members that have been active since 2009 that I know are still happily vaping. I am sure that there are folks out there that go back as far as 2007, maybe even earlier.

That is absolutely fine to do. I expect that all juice vendors do this themselves in order to save time when mixing to order. Also, the vendors that sell DIY flavor base have to do this. Examples include Mom and Pop's, Want2Vape, and Mt. Baker.
