Sorry to say it, but it sounds like your iStick is defective. It should not be doing that. The iSticks should retain all settings when they go into sleep mode or even if they are turned off and back on again. Hopefully, you can exchange it with the vendor you bought it from.

    V2Cigs Battery Charger Compatibility

V2Cigs are KR808D1 Gen. 1 batteries, which means they are unregulated. You must use a compatible charger for it. KR808D1 Gen. 2 are NOT compatible with the V2Cigs, so just because it fits does not mean it is compatible. The only vendors I know of that sell Gen. 1 batteries are V2Cigs and...

[POLL] What is your favorite wicking material?

Amazon.com: Graham Professional Cellucotton 40 Ft. Box: Health & Personal Care Amazon actually has it for slightly less, but after watching PBusardo's video on wicking materials, I thought that posting the smaller amount would be prudent. The big box would be enough for a lifetime supply for...

Brilliant! I would love to source my cotton locally. Have you tried any of these yourself?

[POLL] What is your favorite wicking material?

Just curious what everyone's go-to wicking material for rebuilding is. I am currently experimenting with rebuilding Kanger coils and I have only tried silica and Ekowool(hollow core). Also, has anyone noticed any difference between the organic cotton brands I have listed in the poll? I found a...

I am glad that they included a pic of the coil for the 1.8 ohm. It doesn't seem that complicated to build, and it looks like the wicking, as well as the draw, would be ideal. I have all of my rebuilding supplies at hand, and have started experimenting with rebuilding my Kanger coils. This is...

Can anyone tell me if TFA Cola or Cola Syrup are tank crackers? I have a mix that is 5% Cola and 5% Cola Syrup that I just put in a Kanger EVOD clearo, and I can't remember if that is a bad thing or not. It's been a while since I have vaped this juice and I have vague recollections of putting...

PBusardo can explain it better than most, so just watch his review on the iStick 20W. Skip to 22:00 for the lowdown on Mean vs. RMS.

I assume you are asking me(?) By excessive power, I mean that the readings on the 20W are not accurate due to being tuned to Mean rather than RMS, as well as being unable to buck the battery's voltage (as Road_House explained). In real world usage, this translates to the 20W hitting at a higher...

OK so I gave away my iStick 20W to one of the maintenance guys at my apartment complex and replaced it with an iStick 30W. I have to say that I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this thing. My biggest gripe with the 20W was the excessive power, which made it virtually unusable. The 30W fixed that as well as...

    iTaste MVP 2.0?

The MVP 2.0 is going the way of the dodo bird. I suggest getting the newer MVP 20W. It is the same price as the 2.0, but has a vastly improved chipset, more power, and a spring-loaded 510 connector. Also, it does not ship with any clearo or tank, so need to worry about getting anything you don't...

    6 to 0mg

I started at 18, cut down to 12, then down to 6. I tried to go to zero but the lack of nicotine was just too noticeable, so I have been at 6 mg since. I suggest taking at least one more step down before trying nic free. Maybe 3 mg.

    Movie Quiz 97

#3 - The hint got me close enough to look it up and zero in on the exact one. It has been so long since I have watched those movies. Fun Fact: The melting stairs effect was done by cutting holes in the stairs and filling them with Bisquik mixed with water.

Atomizers, Carts, and Tanks Recommendations for iStick 50w?

Considering the iStick fires between 2.0-10.0 volts and can support resistances between 0.2-5.0 ohms, it is completely up to you. The iStick 50W is as close to an every-man (or woman) device as you can get. Anything with a 510 or eGo connection will work.

    Premium RY4?

Halo's Tribeca is still my favorite RY4 out there. I have tried more than a few, and Tribeca has remained a staple ADV for me. Hangsen RY4 is what I would consider a classic RY4 that is meant to be smooth, subtle, and satisfying. Tribeca takes all of the classic elements of RY4 and turns them up...
