    Dehydration?

    The best way to know whether or not you are dehydrated is to check the color of your pee. I know, sounds ewww, but it's true. The darker color your pee is, the more dehydrated you are.

    If you were vaping more than usual did you make sure to up your water intake as well? Dehydration can cause the symptoms you are describing with your throat. Drinking pop or coffee will not cut it to keep you hydrated. I know this is probably going to sound weird, but it's true so bear with...

    If you have tinnitus (ringing in your ears)... Propylene Glycol is ototoxic.

    In 3 years of vaping I have not had either an increase nor a decrease in the ringing in my ears. It's there - always is, presumably always will be. When your mom tells you to turn down the music because it's too loud, listen to her, you'll thank her later. :)
