    Those are some awfully short wicks, on hoosier's site. I'm not even sure if longer wicks help but I know w/ straight vg, my Stardust is always giving me burnt hits and it drives me nuts. I persevere tho and keep working w/ the stupid thing b/c as the saying goes - waste not want not.
