    My experiences are similar. A battery at 3.3 on the charger my only be at 2.8 under load with this kind of low resistance. If the data is available all the way down to 2.8 under load, why not just make the whole range available in the charts?

    I don't have scientific data or anything, but I can feel it right away. Maybe just my lungs are better at absorbing the dense vapor. 9W is very low wattage, though. How does this compare to 100W?
