Well I don't think New York based AvidVaper is going to make a 30mm version. The design is very carefully thought out. Every measurement has a purpose. The chamber size is exactly what it is because it is a perfect balance of flavor without spit back and already leaves plenty of room for air...
That is a Velocity. Its an awesome RDA. That one is authentic, so I can't vouch for the different clones, but the design of it is perfect. Easy deck. Huge adjustable airflow. A top cap that perfectly locks into place in front of the coils, everytime. I love it.
I don't think they make it...
All of this talk about needing some kind of Fluke DMM to accurately read sub-ohm is ridiculous. There are many cheap 510 meters that can give sub-ohm readings to within a couple hundreths of an ohm.
Here is an example, this is a steam-engine calculation for .15 ohm using dual coils of 22 gauge...
I don't understand how the tank screws down you can make those airholes line up with the coils. And I don't like the drip tip. And its not easy to fill with a dropper cap. The reasonably sized one holds 3ml. With a .2 build like would do with an RDA, I am gonna be refilling that thing 6...
Maybe REO should show said patents to fasttech then. I am sure they don't have $2M or want to spend a decade in jail. Or maybe the patents don't apply in this case.
Well, I think that people who vape high nicotine are destorying the flavors of their juices and are noobishly unaware of the fact that they could get the same amount of nicotine with phenominally better flavor if they just learned how to use better devices to make some delectably warm dense...
The point is not to catch the clouds. Its just to keep building or finding ways to get more power so that you can continuously be chasing. Once you stop, then the thrill of the pursuit is over.
When you put the top cap down right with the SS mesh in the bottom notched openings, aren't you shorting your coil? I mean the SS creates a small short anyway just being through the coil, but its not much different from having all the wraps touching. But with it right up and touching the top...
ah ok. So the extra insulator is included to make a non-standard battery work.
I actually just did a google image search to see what you were talking about:
That is out of spec, just like the 510 threading on some atomizers.
A mech can have infinite power. You should limit it to the continuous discharge rate of your batteries though. So if you are using 20A high-drain batteries, its more safe to stay above .21 ohm, which would be about 80 watts at full charge. Technically, though, it is quite possible to go even...
Thanks for this. I used that method to quickly take my switch out to compare those insulators again. You are right, there is a difference, but it is so small it could probably be measured in microns. I can't imagine that a difference this small fixes anything that the spring loaded GPin...
I know, I just thought it was quicker to simply mention all of the silver plated items.
Thanks for the clarification. I did fully disassemble the GPin when I first got it and was trying to get my standard flat top battery to work. It wasn't necessary to take apart that far in the video...
Thanks for that, I have fixed it. I noticed those ridges and figured they were to make it easier to pop that thing out with a flathead screwdriver. Hopefully I have even better circulation now!
OK, so I decided to do a review of my first Paps. I am not a reviewer to the sense that I regularly review stuff or ask vendors to send products. But I collect a lot of gear and occasionally like to post videos of stuff that I think is neat.
You could drop the power or just open the airflow more. The Dark Horse has huge airflow. Are you using the wide-bore cap? You are going to get more flavor with any RDA as compared to a tank-based atomizer.
some things I like about vaping:
1. collecting gear
2. building RDAs
3. building mods
4. trying new juices
5. posting on ECF
6. making videos
7. thinking/talking about vaping
8. chasing flavor
9. chasing clouds
10. watching youtube reviews
This is just a few of the things that really make this...
