Everyone talks about "massive airflow" ... Not needed for mouth to lung vaping

This is exactly right. Vaping is no longer a way to keep off cigarettes for many people. It is something entirely different. It doesn't need to feel like a cigarette, or taste like a cigarette, or mouth-to-lung like a cigarette. This is no longer a quit-smoking aid. It doesn't need to be...

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

It is neat that someone did it though. A very nicely done build and very creative figuring out how to fit all that wiring with the modified center post. It wouldn't have been possible, however, without mods capable of higher wattages.

    OMG RDA's rock

Yes, my drip tips are mostly all wide-bore. Although, I could do it with a smaller drip tip too if it's what I had. There is no reason to take it off. I'm not re-wrapping or re-wicking my coils. I don't even need to look down the drip tip. I just stick my juice bottle dropper down into...

Why can't I get big clouds with my mechanical mod?

That purple Efest will work for a sub-ohm build. It is a rewrapped LG HE2, iirc. Mechs are great. OP should learn them, learn about battery safety, get an RDA and learn how to build it, measure resistances with an ohm meter to verify build, and then enjoy the clouds.

    OMG RDA's rock

I drip and drive every day. I can do it without even taking my hands off the wheel. I just hold my mod in the hand I am steering with and use my shifting hand to squirt some juice down the wide bore tip. Done. Takes all of about 2 seconds. For someone that knows how to vape rebuildables and...

    looking for suggestions/advice

Although the mutation RDA you referenced does not meet your requirements, I think you should look into it anyway. And learn how to wrap a coil (its easy). RDAs are superior to tanks and the best way to enjoy vaping.

MCV Raptor T6 - the new mech box from the guys who did the Cherry Bomber!

If you like copper, then you should get the copper version, it's great. The Velocity is built with a pretty standard build for me, dual coils, 22g nichrome around a 2mm screwdriver, 8 wraps per coil. I often do the same thing with kanthal, except with 6 wraps per coil. Either build measures...

What are your top dual parallel unregulated/mech mods as of mid 2015?

I am not sure what you are referring to. These are mechanical switches. There is no + and -.

MCV Raptor T6 - the new mech box from the guys who did the Cherry Bomber!

The switch comes out the same way as the Cherry Bomber. It doesn't spin due to it being inserted through a square opening. It uses a spring, but it really feels great and has a perfect short throw. The throw on it reminds me of the switch on my Paps v4... except this switch feels a lot more...

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

Look. OP bought high watt device. It is uncomfortable at high watts with the tanks that he uses. Asks why the extra watts are there. The answer is that they are there for people building devices that work with the extra watts. That is the point of the watts. They let builders choose to do...

MCV Raptor T6 - the new mech box from the guys who did the Cherry Bomber!

It did take them until Wednesday to get it posted, which is not very fast considering that I ordered it on the previous Sunday. But at least they shipped it Priority Mail and USPS got it to the East Coast in 2 days from California.

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

No, but I have tried 28 and 26. It doesn't make as much vapor and its a cool vape without the dense warm flavor. Maybe if I did a parallel or twisted coil with multiple strands of it, I could make it vape that way that I like. I generally use 22g or 24g... and often I do parallel strands if...

MCV Raptor T6 - the new mech box from the guys who did the Cherry Bomber!

88evape.com has the copper clone in stock. This is the first day I have used it, but it appears to be perfect.

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

Yes, that is true. They also don't work well in an RDA with big airflow.

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

I didn't mean that anyone using a rebuildable device is going to have a build that works best with high watts. These rebuildables are the kind of devices that can easily be built to comfortably use that kind of power, though. I was simply trying to explain to the OP the answer to the question...

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

It is kind of like someone saying, "whats the point of low wattage devices? they don't even heat up my 22g dual, triple, or quad coil builds let alone make vapor." Of course these low wattage devices are available because there are many people who use much higher gauge wire and single coils...

What's the point of super high wattage devices?

They are for more advanced rebuildable devices, of which you are probably not into yet.

MCV Raptor T6 - the new mech box from the guys who did the Cherry Bomber!

Here it is, just in: First impressions: It is perfect. The flush button is phenominal and works wonderfully. It hits hard, just like a CB.

What are your top dual parallel unregulated/mech mods as of mid 2015?

I just got my copper Raptor clone from 88evape.com. First impressions are that this thing is fantastic! The button is perfect with a short throw and feels so nice, its better than my authentic Paps v4 firing switch. It hits HARD. It works just like a Cherry Bomber, except you can mount...
