    I've got an El Cabron, which is a very similar RDA. This thing is made for a lot of power, but you can make it work with what you have. I would do it with 24g kanthal, dual coils, six wraps each, around a 2mm screwdriver. This will hit your target resistance and will work at 60 watts.
