    It takes some time to find a flavor (or three) that works for you. Try different things, then once you find some you like, get yourself a good unit with a good juice-delivery method. You'll be glad you didn't give up. As for good info/advice, all you have to do is keep reading this forum.

    I was having pains in my chest when I smoked. It was always sore. Now it's not. Ever. Even if there are some downsides to e-cigs, I feel so much better now.

    My backup Vamo arrived on Wednesday while I was at work. It needs to be signed for, so they left a slip. There's an option to pre-sign, leave the slip and leave it for the postman. I did that, they took the slip, but didn't leave the Vamo. No Vamo on Friday, either. If they don't leave it today...

    Seems to me the e-cig community is growing at an incredible rate. The beginners forum is just amazing. I'm impressed with the traffic every day. We're taking down the internet!
