    How did you 'take the measure' ? The number appeared on the screen when you screwed on the tank? Your 0.15 ohm coil can go up to 0.3 ohm when hot.

    No. If you use a 0.5 amp outlet, it just means your mod battery will take long to charge. If you use a 2 amp outlet, the mod will only draw 1 amp max anyway.

    I rinse cotton out with hot water by just putting about 4 cotton balls in a regular kitchen strainer, and pour hot water over that over the sink, and leave to dry for a day or 2; that cotton goes in a Rubbermaid container and lasts me for months.
