    It's about the coil. If you pump 50 watts into a coil designed for 20 watts, then it's going to get hot. If you have an 80 watt coil, then you are not going to get a good vape at 20 watts on that coil. The tfv4 comes with some high powered coils;

    The two numbers to look are: 1: 100 wattmilligrams 2: 100 total millgrams per day If you vape 9mg liquid, you want to aim for something like 10 watts. 100 watts would definitely be too high.

    Do you know what wattage you vape at? 5 or 6 ml of 18-20mg/ml sounds like the normal ballpark.

    watts and nicotine strength go togehter. for 30 watts, 3mg/ml falls in the common ballpark. 6mg i wouldn't thing is too strong, but maybe frequent heavy breathing is contributing to your symptoms.
