    That is an ICR battery. That is not a safe chemistry battery. You should use IMR or INR batteries. 0.3 ohms is pretty low already.

    I'm thinking the coil was really more like 0.4 ohms, the mod had locked the resistance in as 0.5 ohms, so when you fire the button, if the mod sees the coil having lower resistance it refused to fire.
