i have some copper grnd screw similar to what you used.they came with some FDV 510's i bought for a mech tube mod i had,i had to cut off 1/8th inch er so but i left the fuse in and am using "ground screw"like yours now and having no probs.didnt have any before....well just when i put a diff batt...

yeah looks like ya had a hard short somewhere along the line.wish i could teleport one to ya...dangit.happens to the best of us.easy fix though to be sure.or heck your car probly has an extra in the lid that covers the fuse box.im a scrounger from way back...maybe the neighbors car even!!!lol.
i have some bottles i got from CC..i think or was it Roscoe...anyways they are a lil bit of a pain to fill,i use one of my schringes(hold 8.5ml) ive been using them for a while and they are SOFT bottles.i think they were like 1$ a piece.way better i think anyways and fit with plenty of room left...
the wrap on the neg end is what i had to trim up a bit and it took right off.sometimes ya can use a lighter and hit them with the flame just...or just the heat from the flame will shrink it up a bit.LMK if that works
