When I lived in Galveston, the weather is usually nice and the ground is flat. I rode a bicycle most of the time. When I felt lazy I rode an electric scooter that looked like a big Razor scooter with an electric motor. Yeah, I'm that nerd.

Not since I left Galveston. :) Don't laugh, I drive a 92 Geo Metro with a couple of changes. I would like to get it up to close to 70 mpg someday, but I have a lot of projects and little funds for hobbies.

My gas mileage goes to hell in this stuff. I can't seem to get more than 45 mpg in it. I usually get around 55 mpg. :)

We don't even get delivery when it snows. Have to go to the post office. So much for, "Rain, sleet, snow or hail....etc"

I'm horrible with names. I respond to either. People started calling me "the bike guy" years ago when I was an assembler at Walmart. (yes that kind of bike) I've repaired, customized, restored and bought and sold bicycles since I was a kid, so I got fairly knowledgeable. People would come in and...

Meanwhile, back in Kentucky, these are my vehicles and my girlfriends car is still stuck at the end of the driveway.

I made that out of something I had laying in my tool box. I think it's a plug to cover a screw head on a chair. It matched really well, but didn't drill very well. I really like the feel of black wrinkle. I hear tumbled raw is good too. I'm not a fan of slick finishes. To me they always feel...

That's why I quit riding motorcycles. The odds were just too much in their favor.

Actually I totaled 3 in that one accident. It wasn't my fault though. It wouldn't have damaged anything if they would have stayed the hell out of my way. The cops didn't see it that way though.

I've modded a Jeep that way. I learned from that too. Don't take a jeep out on the highway on ice with 50 mph wind gusts. A soft top makes a great sail.

I haven't tried to mod any of my attys or my Reo since I got it. That's really odd for me. I usually try to mod everything. I've ruined a lot of car and bike parts that way, but I've come up with some good ideas too.

I think I will. It will look better and be more pocket friendly for sure. It looks like a walkie talkie with this Phoenix on it. Vapes good though.

I thought about doing that once, but I thought the plating would peel off. I forget is the plating chrome or nickel.
