BOTTOM FEEDERS= a place for everything modified and/or custom made

I like the idea of no springs for contacts. I would think if the thumb wheel was smaller and the arrangement were flipped, you could take 1/4" of height off the mod.

Could be. You never know when you'll hear, "Well, I let you get that Reo."

Welcome. I've saw you over at the by leo forum. I use an eBaron Spiral on my Grand most of the time so I lurk over there once in a while. I've tried to break myself from it a few times because I don't like the tallness and rebuilding it as well as the others, but I always windup going back to it...

If you wind up with it and want to recoup a little of your expenses, I might be interested in the Hornet that comes with it.

    Better than Leonard Nimoy's "Bilbo"?

Half the time I'll be playing a chord and can't remember what it's called. I just play for me. I only had to know the names of things when my dad wanted me to play with him.

So I probably got it right because I never saw the video. I was just thinking C, F and G7 in my head.

I don't know what I, IV, V, means other than one, four, five.

That's one my dad used to sing.

I'm probably not the best one to pick for this. I don't know how to read music or anything. I think the cords are C, F and G7. So I'm guessing that's the key of C. I just play by ear.

I only play by ear. I don't usually know what key I'm playing in. I know it's usually the first or dominate cord, so if some asks I can figure it out. My dad used to sing and play in a band and would keep "the circle of fifths" handy so he would know what cords to expect for a given key.

I haven't played darts in years. I used to take all my siblings allowance playing darts.

I'm not too picky about beer. I've drank way more than my share of Pabst back long before it was considered hipster beer. If that doesn't prove I'm not picky, I don't know what does. Rednecks, white socks and Blue Ribbon Beer.

I remember in Galveston the Canadian tourists would usually come down way earlier than everybody else. I always got along with them fine. I would probably like living in Canada if it wasn't so cold.

Unfortunately, I never got to know any of them that well. They would be tearing me a new one because they were broke down on the 401 near the Arctic circle and I couldn't meet their demands of having a service to them in the next 15 minutes. Everybody else up there was like, "Hey, I realize I'm...

I always liked traveling around meeting people. Hiking or cycling you seemed to meet more people on a personal level. It's a good conversation starter.

I'm not saying people from Quebec are all bad, I met some that were great in my book but I seem to meet a lot from there that had know problem letting me know that they were infinitely better than me and the American revolution was a stupid idea.

Yeah that 1/2 hour time zone was weird. I always liked it up there. Everyone was really nice. I was expecting the accent to be like New England, but it was more like Bob and Doug McKenzie. I've know a lot of Canadians and when I worked for Penske SOS, I used to talk to the about...

I always wanted to either either cycle or hike all over the U.S., but I never got around to it. I still have a Trek 720 heavy touring road bike I don't ride anymore. I still have a huge extended hiking backpack too. I did a couple of hikes in the Red River Gorge last year.

I've still got the bikes for it, but not the legs and lungs.
