    Not trying to beat a dead horse, but I've been reading that the Derringer v1.2 has had QC problems with their tolerances. The thread which brought this to light isn't even a month old. Does anyone know if this is a common problem, or if they have remedied this?

    He could just be playing off of your fear of him reverting back to analogs to get you to continue doing the work. Maybe it is frustrating for him to learn, and he is afraid to admit it. Or maybe he just isn't interested, some people are not tinkerers lol. Communication is key.

    I admit I'm new to vaping. However, doesn't 20-25 W on a 1.1 ohm coil = burnt? I own a Lemo, and have a 1 Ohm build in now, and I can't push much over 16 W without burned taste.

    If you hit up, without first hitting down it will jump to what you have stored in your memory settings. 5 W would default be M1. I've never had mine lock on me though, you have to hit the up and down buttons simultaneously to lock and unlock.

    Since I'm just getting started/trying to find what I like, I seem to be picking up about 1500 ml every couple of weeks of various brand And flavors. I try to keep it under control. If you think you have a problem, DIY may be the way to go ha.
