can you suggest me one mod kit for mtl vaping for huge clouds

MTL (mouth to lung) is more like smoking a cigarette. At higher levels, e.g. Nautilus, Zenith tanks, SMOK pod device, you can get a good haze going but not all at once and use up to 24 mg but even with them it can get harsh at that level unless using salts-type nicotine. Large clouds are...

Not getting any flavor from my diy juice

If I haven't all but finished a mix by 3 weeks after mixing, it's not any good. I haven't seen any flavor that improves after a week, and even that long is rare. Unless that high a % takes longer... Re:"Shake and Vape" the timer doesn't start until after the bubbles from the shake have risen...

    How much you vaping?

Interesting, I'm going through more like 12 ml with 3500-4000 mah with RDA @ 16W/TC. I used to get a day most of the time with a single 18650 until I went down to 1 mg and up a little in coil ID. Maybe you're not getting as much from each 18650, weaker cell or just more current higher cutoff. Or...

"Vaping is good for your health, but bad for the environment!"

Population culling is good for the environment, but smoking is not the only method.

    Weight vs. Volume ?

I weighed the PG and VG with a scale (harbor Freight $8) the first time I put marks on my base mixing ketchup bottle. Then I add nic with a syringe. 30 ml bottles are filled to 24-25 ml by eye and then flavor is by drops. Latest recipe .2 ml Cap V1 VC + 2 drops PST

    California Statewide Flavor Ban?

Regarding tobacco flavors still being allowed, I can't help but think of that as a challenge. A lot of current vaping tobacco flavors have rather exaggerated nuances, for example very nutty, French Pipe is berry, other pipes are vanilla, RY4 tends toward vanilla and caramel, there's "sweet...

SF may be first City to Ban E-cigs

I've never been to SF but in the movie "Milk" the city was portrayed as fractionalized. I highly doubt this ban would be unanimous, more like the more family/conservative/NIMBY areas seeing it partially as a way to get back at the more socially liberal, while the socially liberal areas don't...

Why is my battery getting so hot?

^^-- I thought I said that, while explaining the how My Batt Hurts' idea is partially implements it but not enough. There's actually 2 ways to do VW, one is measure the resistance before or at the beginning of the hit, calculate the voltage to apply, and hold it through the whole hit. The other...

Why is my battery getting so hot?

The Saber may be rated 100 watts but very few cells are capable of that. I don't know if we ever heard the actual power setting but that tank can use most or all of it. In other words, even at best you're running right on the edge. You need lower power tank or coils or go to a 2 cell mod I think.

Why is my battery getting so hot?

The TCR isn't high enough except maybe with Nickel wire or maybe Titanium. Both are hard to work with, nickel comes up with too low a resistance even at low power for most VV mods (i.e. you're down at 1-2 volts), and both can poison you if this doesn't actually control the temperature...

What should I do? Hi I am Alex

PG as a problem is one of those old things that's always suggested first regarding many problems, but for allergy it is the first suspect. VG could even be the problem, though. If you smoked, nic shouldn't be a problem, if it is though try nic salts, more natural, otherwise the regular has more...

So I could turn out to be full of it here.

My view of more power in a bigger vape producing more flavor is: well it certainly ought to! What the local vape shop guy says is the flavor kind of crosses a threshold around 60 watts where suddenly new flavor notes become detectable and really opens up. I guess I'll never know because all...

New York Post and a deadly vape pen

It's like no time has passed since the first death in those reports, as they act like no one knows any more about what happened. Perhaps they could use this as an opportunity to dig deeper and report better, even if it is a while until more is know about this newer case. A common point of...

Ramp up of wires ( clarification )

It's true a lot of vaping lore is based on unfair comparisons, with more than one parameter changing, sometimes because there is no all-else-equal comparison. They are particularly hard to make with mechs, resulting in beliefs persisting that are mainly true only with them.

    Should I unplug after use?

I haven't heard of chargers self-destructing but I've definitely heard of them quitting (such as the cheap thing I used to have). So yeah I unplug them when not using. Since that thread on battery wraps is closed, I'll mention here that's one thing I like about the iStick Pico, the screw-on...

Coil builds to use at 70 watts?

^^-- Adding a wrap makes a larger coil suited to higher power. Reducing a wrap makes the same power setting act like a higher one, by running the coil hotter. It would also send more power to the coil ON A MECH MOD but as he isn't using one, resistance is all but irrelevant (although in this...

I'm tired of the flavors... Mixing own juice - seeking advise

I think that kind of low hit rate in flavors is not unusual. I think I expect to be blown away by flavors what with the prices at vape shops, and end up taking home stuff strong and strange instead of light pleasant vape. I had to DIY for that to become the objective.
