    It depends on what you call "buzz" .. I wouldn't call a desirable nicotine effect a full-out buzz, that's getting into unpleasant, but I definitely feel the effect. With cigs it could easily get excessive. I still get plenty with low nic vaping -- maybe one tenth the level of a Juul.

    I think vaping for extended periods makes me feel less good. That's more likely when I don't feel energetic in the first place. It's enough of a real effect that it can cause feedback, not strong but it doesn't always take much.

    That are get 2 rigs and swap between hits. (I sort of did this with EVODs at ~5W, using one a couple minutes and then swapping, but they're small.) I think one reason I've tended to dislike most or all tanks is the heat kills the flavor of the ejuice before it even gets to the wick.
