    It's an M, for Marlboro! At the end of the cart that screws into the battery, there should be gold writing that will tell you what level mg you have. :)

    I don't know about all atomizer cartridges, but it is possible to refill the Vapor King carts. Somebody said they had refilled 9 times and it was still working great.
