    Looks like you were not so successful at not dropping it....LOL Don't set it down and you won't drop it. I seem to have the problem of setting it on my lap then standing up, I can't seem to break myself of that habit.

    Yeah I used the atty and just jammed back in. I pushed on it pretty hard to make sure it was all the way in.

    just give it a firm push inwards and it should be fine it happened to me several times now and mine still works fine

    My 18650 batteries last 2 days easily, I can get 3 days but i just change them every 2 days just to keep my chuck working like a champ..!!

    I would bet you won't use all 12 batteries maybe 8 if you use your chuck constantly.
