    We have propery tax and school tax in addition to the sales tax here too. Where we live it's about $18 per $1000 of assessed value per year. So a house worth 100k would be $1800 a year in property tax. School is a bit less. About $1400 a year on a 100k house.

    Lol. The vet comes out 4 to 6 times a year and has an access code to the stall and pasture cameras so he can look in on her. Glad to hear the cat is still around, roth. It's amazing how being gentle and offering food and shelter can turn a wild one into a pal.
