    Oh, I went to Mom's and did her dog's nails and picked up our spare 13" tv. I came home and cleaned stalls. I had to go to work for a little while, then wathed videos on how to repair my tv. Have the part ordered. Should be here tuesday or wednesday. Did you have a day off?

    Seriously, wiz, give a neti and this Alkalol Company: A natural, soothing nasal wash, mucus solvent, and cleaner. a try. It's not harsh and it really helps open everything up. It's sold in most big pharmacies over here for about $10 a bottle (that will last a couple weeks of daily use).

    I use a pepper sinus spray called Sinus Buster when I get a bad cold. It only hurts for about 30 seconds. http://allergies.about.com/b/2012/01/24/pepper-spray-to-treat-nasal-allergies.htm Feel that burn. :D

    I go for the neti pot too. No meds, and you can use it as often as you need to without worrying about over-medicating or getting rebound congestion. There are a couple of mentholated additives you can get for them too. I've even used a couple drops of my diluted DIY menthol.

    Hello George! Nothing to say to that except "Outstanding, Sir!" I drink a whole lot myself. Plain and strong most of the time, and not always warm. I'm partial to a 64oz percolator. Nothing like all day mud. :D
