Can't tell if this one is the big screen or little?
Ah looks like I'm correcting myself I believe its the big screen, 0.89 display... When the small screen is 0.73 this sound correct?
I need to pick up some super glue since one of my magnets popped out. Keep forgetting everytime I'm out and about. But oddly enough since its on the bottom my battery door is more stable.
There isnt a need to tighten that screw. Yours should be nice and tight so that was the early versions. Now about that door I find it easier to just slide the door down then to pull it off. Have you tried that?
I ended up cancelling my order for the gold plated version. It was meant to be a replacement when I gave my buddy the mini VF but decided it wasn't needed. Still waiting on a couple of mods to come in this month so I should be nice and toasty. Pretty much would rather save up on getting a...
Yours should be fine hence the version they redone some of the internals. So it should be solid inside. The older ones had the ground "clipped" on and the grounding screw was either too loose or too close to the box itself. With yours the screw should be on a raised platform as well as a copper...
All of it's issues we're addressed so you should be golden on the mod. If anything the magnets might get lose after several times of taking off the battery door. As my bottom magnet came loose last night, nothing super glue can't fix. Anyways still using my HB40 in a rotation or as a beater...
This is a definite upgrade from an Atlantis. Dual massive air holes that work great for TC coils and builds. Looks and feels quite sturdy absolutely no o-rings on this thing. Besides the rubber cap up top the only seal is on your coil itself. Air flow adjuster is tight but is pretty smooth as...
Oh also want to input the 510 positive is adjustable and protudes more then enough for hybrid mechs! So keep that in mind if you get the "check atomizer" error or no fire at all for the mech crowd. The segatank RBA was a lil longer so it pushed it out farther as I switched to an Atlantis head...
They're on the charger for right now once finished I'll throw the odd one in and go from there. I do know about illum.com and about being trusted. I do trust VaporDNA alot as they are my goto stateside company and they haven't had stock of those batts since last year either. Speaking of which I...
Ouch thats terrible, about losing/misplacing a package. Worst thats ever happened to me was that they over shot me by quite a few states. It was a Nitecore D2 charger shipped from Cali, to Tennessee and then back to Nebraska where I'm at.
I'm super happy they bit the bullet and upgraded it to...
Alright @buffaloruffneck you asked and I'll deliver. Basic horizontal Ti 26g 2.5mm 6 wraps with rayon tucked in for wicking. Comes to about .36 ohms and here's a pic:
So nothing fancy took a tank full and is working well. Except it guzzles juice pretty fast so I think I'll use it for higher...
Woot looks like it'll be here today! I'll attempt my first build on that segatank RBA w/ ni200 and some rayon to start with. Have a bunch of nickel wire laying around and far cheaper to use it then my Ti wire in case I bone things up (80% sure of this ).
Just seen this on reddit:
Pioneer4You
Now I'm really glad I didn't snatch up an IPV3 Li o_O
But looks like your still good to go on warranty just that its switched to the actual company!
I rather enjoy using it a little bit, far more stable then nickel with the springyness of kanthal. So its much stiffer if thats your bag but for some reason I still prefer nickel as far as building coils. So my Ti builds are pretty basic and keep it as a SS coil. Nice clean and plentiful vape...
I'm enjoying a VS atlantis ni coil as we speak, hasn't let me down! Which what led me to this so I can put the ol' V1 to rest. Rather pricey for coils but they work.
I've been using Ti recently as I bought it in lieu of the eVic-VT. Instead I've been playing with it on a few RDAs. I might try it first before the ni200 I have laying around. Ti, to me, seems like it has a much more stable connection when put through post holes compared to nickel.
I think an attempt is more like it o_O still pretty new to building anything RTA. I just don't know if I want to use Ni or Ti and either cotton or rayon.
Thats good news then! I'm supposed to get it tomorrow but don't expect that happening which is fine. Maybe it'll come in with my new batteries that would be awesome. I purchased an RBA head V2 for the segatank to try out in this thing.
