    I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but hopefully someone has AND knows a fix. I have had my ego for a little over a month now and it no longer charges on any of my new slim chargers. Other batteries charge just fine on them. The only way to charge it is vis the mini USB inside...

    I ordered 2 auto and 2 manual VTDS XL batts. The autos are very hard to get going the draw needed is insane, I've been using autos and manual batteries for ages now and these autos give me the hardest time. The manual batteries absolutely rock though, I love them, their automatic counterparts...

    I just recieved my Riva Kit and I am having a problem with one of the batteries. Even after charging it for a while the light only blinks a few times when I press the button and it makes no vapor. Is this DOA or is there a possible fix?

    I just got it in the mail today and the battery that seems to work is fantastic! The other battery though blinks whenever I push the button even after charging it for a few hours, is this a DOA battery or is there a potential fix?

    I have two of the new gemmed short black batteries with purple LEDs. Willing to trade for any short new batteries that do NOT have purple. It seems that all I get in these orders is purple even when I ask for no purple so meh :(

    Well as an update, I am going to have to trash the battery. The threaded portion is just way too loose now to use and the button doesnt have any give anymore, so I'll be ordering another one next week :(

    IT WORKS AGAIN! I added an old junked cart and just twisted a little tighter and used pliers and felt some give, then voila!
