What I found out if I did not use enough cotton when I refill it does not wick on its own and I have to hold my finger on air hole and suck some juice in. I don't have that issue anymore since I went back to rolled cotton wicks..... more is better -

No thank you I was going to mix some juice up tonite instead I setup my 26650 kayfun that had been sitting in my vape drawer just had not got around to it as I had to regular kayfuns in rotation. -

I don't lay my wicks on ledge like that but..... I have a feeling we could touch the ledge and stuff cotton in after and it would work perfect. I think the biggest issue I have had is not too much cotton but too little cotton MORE IS BETTER...... -

Wet the wicks with juice first. Press them against the side then put the collar on. Then push the wicks around so they go to the ledge. Then screw on the air tube -

I roll and roll and roll until my cotton is small enough to fit in my coil. I used to just twist the end of the cotton and then pull it through the coil. However that is the less is better approach and that just does not work for me -

Before someone chimes in here and says less is better works for me.... Yes you can use less cotton but it requires alot more work and more perfection on your setup. Why bother .... set your coil up squeeze it together the best you can roll up a chunk of cotton thread it through your wick. Wet it... -
