    Just has to be the right adapter. I have a cell phone that has a usb charger for an outlet and it wouldn't work. It must be a different voltage or something. I tried on a regular usb wall adapter though, not affiliated with any specific device, and it worked fine.

    In the cardiovascular system, nicotine increases heart rate and blood pressure and restricts blood flow to the heart muscle. Maybe I'm wrong about the arteries, but I know it's not good for your heart over time, but some have said it's about as bad as coffee, so i don't know.
