    from my experience, 4 or five cigs (if each cig is equal to 10 puffs or so). plus you have to keep it a little wet throughout which adds extra drops, so probably closer to four.

    nic juice, yes. even the excessive sunlight if it's not warm has the potential, but a hot car will definitely cause damage. juices should be stored in a cool dark place. the sweetener, not so much risk, but excessive heat will potentially affect taste.
