    It's premixed with tobacco flavoring. Have you been smoking a bit of it already? Take it easy on that stuff. 36 mg, I would be diluting at least 1/2 and 1/2 with vegetable glycerin. I drip it down in my cartridge, some drip a drop or two on their atomizer.
