    Yeah, change flavors for a bit. Something with a good nic content. The cigar-like tobaccos flavors worked for me. Another thing that helped was calculating how many dollars I'd spent over the years. The amount was staggering every time I thought about it.

    Yes, pepper extract is used. I hate it. Makes me cough on the first hit. A lot of people use pure grain alcohol to give throat hit. Works for me.

    Heads up on NiZn batteries.

    I bought over a hundred of these for our office. They were used in keyboards and mice (not exactly hi-drain applications). After a year there are less than 10 left. The rest lost all their capacity.

    Why are aw-imr's the way to go?

    Your non-IMR batteries will work fine. The voltage will drop gradually instead of all at once. The "all at once" nature of the IMR's is nice as it obviously tells you its time to switch batteries. I do think the IMR's have a shorter running time, but it is not significant.     Exactly, leave it under the couch! It's a hard block. Either remove the lid, or drill a couple of holes in the lid for a smaller space (such as a car). This stuff works so well.

    Ozium works quite well, but it is really expensive. Try a jar of Ona-Block. It's cheap. Dope growers and coroners (when they find dead people) use it. Leaves your room smelling like a load of fresh laundry. When I quit smoking I bought a number of them, including one for my car. Worked great.
