    On your drip tip question, it may not be "shipping prudent" for you but I found that Halo's red anodized drip tips are a perfect match for the red Reos. I like Halo juices so the cost/shipping factor doesn't affect me. Some people don't like metal drip tips. Have fun with your new toy!

    Do you have access to a multi-meter testing device? That would help you a lot, I think. You could diagnose what the batteries are doing. This would help you in resolving the issue with the vendor, if needed... They are not expensive.
