So how long did it take from ordering to receiving? My skill in reading greek postmarks has declined recently. I think, I can't really remember....

    The "RBA's for Dummies" Thread

It won't be a problem, just some head scratching and adjusting how and with what you make your wicks out of. Did you get some wire? I threw away the first four or five coils I made because I didn't like the looks of them. I also vape mostly VG. Some 100%, mostly 90% VG. Occasionally a 50:50...

    Question about availability/stock

Rob said he could fix it. I don't think the seller even knew there was damage done. I think the ERA was the only device ever on it.

    Question about availability/stock

Well. Maybe "perfect" was the wrong term. Buyer beware... I removed the ERA from this mod and replaced w/ another RBA. Very wobbly screwing on. Tried another, won't tighten. Another. Another. It looks like the previous owner gripped the bottom threads on the ERA w/ pliers. Probably thought...

    Question about availability/stock

No it's black w/ silver vein door. It'll be in the serenity case most of the time anyway :)

    Question about availability/stock

Me too. Picked up a VVG that is perfect condition. And so well cleaned it looks unused. Got the VVG, an ERA RBA, a sharp looking serenity sleeve, and 4 pairs of 2 month old AW IMR batteries - for the price of a VVG and the ERA. Plus the seller included some undiscussed items. Battery cases...

You're exactly right. Just plain old cotton balls, bleached or whatever. I thought about picking up some of the organic ones a couple of days ago but forgot about it. Will have to add to my to do list. Thanks.

What kind of juice are you using? I can't explain why but I've found the RBA's seem hotter. Even at identical wattage/voltage of a conventional atty or carto. More efficient or something, I have no idea. 8 watts is really high for me. I usually like around 6. As a test, I just tried some Pluid...

    Dealing with the A7

I have three of the A7's and like them all. Have never had a problem with them. Your five points are good ones. I have a cnc machinist neighbor and he said he'd gladly drill a side hole if I can tell him what size and where. I hope munkey will post what he has done that has worked.

The REO Lounge - Part II

Agreed. The first time you cook a prime rib roast in it you will be stunned. I wonder if they still include the cheesy dvd? Informative, but really cheesy. Cornish hens are my second favorite.

Are there any juice flavors that will not work well?

I hear bacon is not so good.

The REO Lounge - Part II

Lampwork is a lot of fun. I stumbled into it while going w/ my ex to stained glass classes. The stained glass was boring to me, too much like putting a jigsaw puzzle together - which I never liked doing. While at the glass shop I start noticing the beads and objects fused. That intrigued me. It...

I really don't think blind squonking applies to RBA's. Yeah, you can do it with A7's or the side venting ones (if you cover the hole with a finger tip) but you really don't need to. Use time. I think I read this somewhere on here, but it may just be the voices in my head again. What has worked...

    The "RBA's for Dummies" Thread

Yes. I think it was JC Okie who posted this link: Aunt Lydia's Bamboo Crochet Thread Size 10 Natural | eBay. I guess the hobby stores carry it (Hobby Lobby and Michaels). I never looked. The bamboo worked well for me, but I prefer using cotton balls. Too easy, cheap, and obtainable.

Good plan. At about $38 a piece you can get two for the price of one hornet. I wouldn't want to have just one. I like having a backup ready to go. While you're waiting order some kanthal wire, in bulk. The little lengths you get from ecig vendors is not enough. They are in business to sell other...
