RDA RDA + VW Mod. Why?

Depending on your build and your juice you want different wattages for different flavors. A mod will start changing as the batteries discharge, the VV/VW will keep the wattage/voltage the same until it runs out. VV/VW is more cinsistent a vape, at least for me. YMMV, Sean

    RDA New to rda help?

I was in the same boat. I do have 30g Kanthal so I went to the steam calculator. It really depends on a number of factors; coil ID, wire size, type of coil, etc... I made a 30g twisted wire dual coil at 6 wraps which came out to .5 ohms. You could do the same thing at 8 wraps to give 1.5 ohms...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

You were right! I just made a wick for my dripper. Followed your video. I vape a tobacco cinnamon danish mix that is very dark. I could vape the wicks white before I had to drip. I used to have to drip every four hits. Now I can go eight before I get a slightly nutty taste and a little more...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

USMCotaku, You were one that helped me get back on board! I saw your recent picture of a clapton coil in the tensioned thread and made one right after! 30/30 kanthal was a bit tricky but it worked. Then the cotton dry burned and I got disillusioned with the whole thing again. Now I have to make...

Rayon wick, better flow, flavor, saturation and Nic Hit!

I jusy wanted to stop by and say thanks. I have been struggling with everything regarding this "hobby". I have finally had things come together and I have been staying clean for a couple of days. My biggest issue was feel and then taste. I solved feel with Atlantis and Kanger Subohm tanks. I...

I just wanted to stop by and say thank you. You have converted me and my whole experience has changed for the better. I can't imagine how hard it was to stick through all of this with the naysayers and still continue to educate and experiment. Thanks, Sean

    RDA Innokin Exthermal RDA?

That makes sense. Is this true of all 3 post RDA decks? I am wicking it with rayon on a twisted 30g 6 wrap. Comes out to .5 ohms and gives me a nive vape. It does drain the Istick 50w battery though! I am not chain vaiping but I am using it more than normal. I get from 8am to about 8pm before it...

    RDA Innokin Exthermal RDA?

Ablonz, Luckily I have one of those! My only complaint is I have to decant it before swapping RBA and OCC coil. That and the tank obly holds 4.5 ml I think when using the RBA. It is my everyday tank but not anywhere near as flavorfull. No opinions on the exthermal? Thanks, Sean

    RDA Innokin Exthermal RDA?

Has anyone used this RDA? I just picked it up at me local B&M for a good price to start dripping. I must say, I love dripping! I reduced all my juices with VG (nic hit to rough) and the tast is like nothing I've had before! I used two coils from my Subtank for a dual coil .5 ohm build and I'm...

~~ iStick 50W & Subtank Plus On The Way ~~

I have a Subtank original and I am around 20 to 25 watts depending on the juice with the OCC .5 ohm coil. Didn't like the 1.2 ohm OCC coil. Tried the RBA with factory deck and vaped the same wattages. I have found, for me, anythng over 30 watts was giving me a burned taste. Two things, I...

Having a hard time with RBA screws on OG Subtank

Guys, I am trying different things on the RBA on my original Subtank. I made a clapton out of 30g/30g and loving it! one issue I have is the screws for the coil. I have a hard time working the coil ends, getting them secure. I had to flatten the ends and even then it was hit or miss. I tried a...

"Subohm" tanks are absolutely overhyped peaces of grabage

I am a noob as well. I got off vaping because I could not get the satisfaction I found from cigarettes. I tried an MVP2 and Nautilus Mini and that was the best I found. I went to a local B&M and they talked me into an Atlantis and a Sub Ohm battery (VV/VW) and it definitely helped. I went...

What are you waiting for in the mail?

30 gauge kanthal for a bvc build for my protank 2!

Looking for a tank with an easily rebuild able atomizer.

After getting a Nautilus Mini with the bvc coils I decided to make a vertical coil for my protank 2. A little bit more fiddly than a horizontal but man does it taste so much better! Maybe I didn't build the horizontals right, but I have 13 wraps of 28 gauge around a 1/16th drill bit, cotton from...

Your equipment progression. What did you start vaping on? What do you vape on now?

I started with a Protank 3 mini and a 650MAH ego twist. Could not get it right, either burnt or flooding. Tried a Protank 2 full size, same thing. Finally went to an MVP 2.0 and Aspire Nautilus Mini with the bvc and I have found what I always thought this should be, flavorful with the right feel...

    MVP v2 Ordered!

I picked up mine this weekend. I use an Aspire Mini Nautilus and it works better than my ego twist/protank setup by a mile! I wish I had just started with this setup as I would not have been sneaking analogs for the past month. Congrats on a great unit!

MVP 2.0 and a Aspire Nautilus Mini BVC

I bought the same setup this weekend. I run mine at 5v or 11 watts, I haven't tasted a difference. I am using BVC coils at 1.8 ohm and a 50/50 juice. Best experience so far coming from ego twists and protanks. The flavor is much more intense and vapor production is higher. I do notice when I...
