Oh exactly true there Aal. I know, from experience, that a build I have repeated many times will come out to the same as the last time (+/- a few 100ths). But I wouldn't consider trying anything new without at least using my meter to know I won't have a battery failure.- etherealink

You might want to try the "flavor split" method. Make a couple wraps then leave a gap (about 1 wrap's worth of space or more) and start wrapping your coil again.
