    The end of microcoils?

Oh good god, how many damn times t here did he blatantly state that he didn't want to do anything and that someone else needed to do it for him?!? And you wonder why the study was never done and his crowdfunding is useless... I'll just inhale heavy metal, thanks. I'm out.

    And cuz I can... Braidator 22ga core/28ga wrap about .2Ω Dual coil 3-loop vertebraid 28ga ka1 & 30ga ka1, Mutx v3. About .15Ω & .25Ω respectively.

Turbo Bro you nailed everything I have found through research. Uniformity. Keep it clean and stable and it's perfect. Kudos

    The end of microcoils?

Quote edited for content... Basically, destroying the bonds of the metal at the molecular level goes against the basics of grade school earth science and would also destroy the metal itself. Let's face it guys, the bonds between molecules aren't magic they hold the metal together. If they are...

Jj, you can always "pre-bend" the legs before you mount the coil. Works on single strand and the braided style.

I meant the braided beast but thanks Bro lol!

Even with tension, this is about as snug as I can get them. The problem I find is pulling the wires*exactly* even from the time you start the first leg. If you get it wrong there, the whole coil will show the "up and down" pattern that Turbo is seeing. The coil still vapes like a million...

Haven't been in here in a while so I thought I'd share what I did on a rainy day. 3-loop braided 28ga kanthal, coiled on a 3mm 8/7 wraps and fires at .4Ω in a mutation x v1. Great density for no afc and killer flavor. Now to try the 5 loop and dual coils of the 3-loop! Check out @squidoode...

Tensioned Micro Coils. The next step.

Skepticide, I think I have a way to have a go at your theory of wrapping from the center out. No hints on techniques until I know if its possible yet lol. I'll try to get to it tomorrow, intentionally winding one with varying attack angles and one as consistent as I can... tension control...
