    I'm not saying you did. I just know for myself 2 of mine that would be a 4th setting are just completely shut off. I don't mess with the small settings anyhow, so It doesn't matter to me.

    No problem. I only know of 1 place for sure that has them. And they were originally out of stock before they came back in stock. So maybe find someone who is getting a new shipment in would be the best bet.
