    Oh yeah that shipping would suck but. They opened that new u.s. customer service according to smok in their news section. I would imagine they could do something since its under warranty.

    He just got a dud or something. Mines been working good. I could say the same for my istick 50w for about a month, and it all of the sudden started auto firing. Email the vendor and they will replace it.
