    there are many vendors that sell unflavored nicotine base as well as flavorings and PG/VG. (up above, forum suppliers) A trend I've noticed is companies that are selling flavored eliquids, zero nic - you add your own nic.

    there are dozens of eliquid companies that have graphics, and text, and lists of ingredients on their labels. If an individual store owner chooses not to use graphics on store-mixed liquids, I guess it's their choice? I'd hope they'd at least list the ingredients and nic concentration, tho.
