Kept the nic level at 18mg. See no reason to change. She's been smoking for 70 years. I'm just happy she is vaping now. It's only been two days, but it will be interesting if her consumption drops off as the coil ages. -

Stopped the test today. The coils are still going strong, but the Triton Tank sprung a leak around the top metal collar and the clear acrylic nearest the tip. I've been trying to see how long two coils will last with weekly cleaning and only Tribeca E-liquid. Been using one Halo coil and another by a well known company, alternating from one to the other each week. I have completed 6 weeks on each coil and just started the 7th week on the Halo Coil... -

Just a note on cost of coils. When using a light juice, as my mother is (Tribeca), I am currently on week number 6 on each of two Triton coils. I alternate them each week. Clean the one just off it's week of use and replace it with the cleaned one from the week before. That is about 75ml of... -

Update: I just started the 5th week on one coil and have 4 weeks on the other coil - it's cleaned, dried and ready to go for it's 5th week. I'm pretty pleased so far. I was expecting only a week or so for a coil. -

DIY Liquid and DIY Magnetic Stirrer
When I am mixing a new juice in a flask on a DIY magnetic stirrer, how long would you continue the stirring? Assuming the flask is sealed, I was thinking of perhaps an hour. Even that may be overkill. I don't know. I also heat steep and plan to do so after mixing.- doctordun

Storing Flavors
If I get 4oz quantities of flavors, keep 1oz out and store the remainder. Can I freeze them for long term storage? If I can, would it be best to store in glass?- doctordun

Syringe or weight, best way to measure?
Assumption: you have several recipes that you have made and love! If you have been mixing with syringes and are happy with the result, I would say keep with it. Switching to using a scale and being more accurate, may possibly change the recipe, because you are no longer using your calibrated...- doctordun

Halo = Greedy with bad customer service
I agree. Warm water should not have any effect on the tank and that's what I use weekly. I'm a newbie on Triton, but this one tank is in it's 7th week, being cleaned and dryed once a week, before changing out the coil assembly that I also clean with water and dry. If water can damage these... -

Gee. Not my experience at all. I had two mini tanks crack and even though they admonished me on my method of cleaning, they sent out two replacement tanks. I wonder why the difference in their response?
