    I know Totally Wicked carries the auto Egos, but they do not have the bottom LED. The VGO has a bottom LED in a choice of colors, but I don't know if they come in an auto. If that bottom LED is important, though, that might be the version to research.

    I second the Ego with passthrough. The only thing I would add to CSKent's advice above would be add the AC adapter so you can plug it into the electrical outlet rather than the laptop. With the 1,000 mAh battery, this setup would definitely carry you through movies and studying.

    I second the KR808D and some empty cartos to fill yourself. Even the automatic batteries are great. I would also suggest Vapor Station Tampa juice to fill the cartos with. It doesn't have exactly a cigarette taste, but does it does have a cigarette "sensation".
