    I personally don't see a need for a 100w board. Your getting in an area that is too dangerous. I mean, 100w is enough power to run a laptop, a blender, coffee maker, etc... Count me out, I will stick to providing a safe product at 60w [emoji1] Sent from the Truck O Shop

    One idea that I have is to make a duplicate of the brass pin out of delrin and drill the center out so the SS needle fits snug. Good idea huh [emoji41] Sent from the Truck O Shop

    Hmmm, then somewhere your losing connectivity to the atty when screwed on. Are you using an o-ring inside the connector where the pin makes contact with atty? Sent from the Truck O Shop

    I wonder if changing out the delrin to just accommodate the needle and not the brass pin. We would lose the spring loaded apect but a nice tight fit. What say you? Fatdaddy has these on his site. Sent from the Truck O Shop
