Educate me on steeping, please.
If it is the newer glass bottles of Nicoticket leave newly opened bottles uncapped overnight to let them breathe. Then re-cap and shake (always hold the cap on as some caps have come off) and do this uncapping/recapping/shake for ten or so minutes a day (the breathing that is, not the shaking)...- Megan Kogijiki Ratchford

Believe it or not the glass bottles stop the juice from any steeping no matter how long they've been sitting. No exchange of air equals no steeping. Wakonda is Flamable!
I would imagine that the juice itself is not flammable but it is the residue that builds up on the coil.
