Need Triton 808D-1 Female to 510 Male adapter

http://www.madvapes.com/510-to-901-808-d-adapter.html Nevermind the attached image. I was thinking the opposite direction of what you wanted at first. After reading your post for the fifth time, I'm still not entirely sure what you want. Maybe I need to stay off the forum after a few beers.

    Kanger Protank 2

I have one on pre-order. I never had any issues with the original, but for under $20 with shipping, I wasn't about to pass it up. "One does not simply have too many Protanks." - Boromir, probably

Two things I would like to see.

Your post reminds me of my next project. Once all the parts come in, I'm going to build a modular PV box with a Vamo board. It'll have connections for attachment to my battery boxes and external power. I was thinking about mating it with this to create an awesome at-home vaping experience.

    triton question

Any juice that has been reported to affect plastic tanks has the potential for affecting the Triton. Otherwise, I use it with all kinds of juices from many vendors. It's a very good top coil clearo.

    Vamo Pcb for a pass-through

I have tested it as high as 9V on the bench without issue. One thing I noticed is the peak voltage of the waveform rises as the supply voltage rises above 6V.

Lets talk about NiMh... Stop all the hating.

I used 2C as an example for two reasons. First, I seen the argument made that NiMH batteries aren't reliable, safe, useful, etc. at even that discharge rate. Second, it's where I actually vape at with some of my stuff. I'm really not trying to proselytize NiMH batteries or condemn lithium...

    Buck converters

If you're using two 3.7 lithium cells in parallel, a boost or buck/boost would be necessary. You'd have the advantage of massive capacity (around 6000mAh with beefy 18650s) and a voltage range from just above battery to at least six volts. You'd easily get the most vape time out of this setup...

Lets talk about NiMh... Stop all the hating.

What I see a lot of on ECF is "NiMH batteries aren't high drain capable" which is absolutely false. I can buy a cheap pack of 1400mAh Energizer NiMH AA cells from Walmart and get 2C out of them all day long. There's a completely legitimate place for NiMH batteries in vaping, one that is...

    Buck converters

Here's the TL;DR version: If you look at some PBusardo reviews, he gets slightly more time on some devices with 2x18350 vs 1x18650. Your mileage my vary. Plus, if all you have is 18350s handy, you're still in business. While batteries in parallel provide double the capacity, tube-shaped APVs...

    Vamo Pcb for a pass-through

BryanM, did you do anything with that Vamo board yet? I did some bench testing and the Vamo definitely determines the number of cells by input voltage. It does this at startup (the three screen backlight flashes) and stays in that mode until the battery (or other power source) is disconnected...

Evolution back to higher PG percentage

I prefer PG-heavy liquids for general vaping. VG is fine, but I like easy wicking and a nice hard throat hit more than I do burning a bunch of watts to make a mouth-operated fog machine.

New to ECF Strong menthol hit

I imagine Subzero as what it would be like vaping an Altoid, which I consider a good thing. It's the only vapor I think would hit just as hard in zero nic.

    Vamo PCB with NiMH batteries

I found a workaround for the Vamo issue while using 4xAA NiMH cells. I discovered that it decides how many Li-Ion cells it has when it flashes the LED three times upon completing a connection with the battery. It doesn't matter where the voltage goes from there, it'll maintain that setting until...

    Vamo PCB with NiMH batteries

All with a .2 ohm coil. 720W of vaping delight! I'll get arrested for covering the town in fog before I get tired of dragging the wagon a while.

    Vamo PCB with NiMH batteries

I've never had an issue running NiMH cells at 2C. Generally speaking, there are very few safety concerns running them at even 10C. You could over-discharge them, shortening their lifespan and capacity, but that's about it. That's why I like NiMH cells so much, aside from being able to get them...

    AA Battery Spacer

I was experimenting with NiMH battery configurations and needed a spacer. I've seen a lot of good ideas out there, but I looked to what I had on hand, and came up with this. It's a 7.62X54R casing with the neck cut off low enough to stick a .357 Magnum casing into it. I covered the whole deal in...

    APV's vs. Blu-cigs / joye 510's

There are moments when using my puck mod feels like smoking my pipe. As far as the cigarette experience, it does nothing for me, and I smoked analogs for years. I want a good vaping experience, and I'm not going to get that from a cigalike. Moreover, with something that doesn't look like a...

    Vamo Pcb for a pass-through

Now that I think about it, I've seen the cool kids in the flashlight and RC forums running NiMH cells at 10C. You can beat them like they owe you money and they'll take it like champs.
