    Vegas has very good food, and lots of restaurants run by the more famous chefs. The produce is very good as well because it's coming from California. Los Angeles is around a five or six hour drive if I remember correctly. I've never been to Florida so I'm not familiar with the geography...

    Word. It's kind of a double edged sword, to a select market it will be very appealing, and a detriment to another section of the market. Considering that it is a feature that most other homes don't have, I would personally keep it installed. Many people buy expecting to make some changes...
