    I think when kids get themsleves into this predicament it is especially hard for them to understand that it DOES effect the whole family. Yes.... As parents is there any other choice? Have you tried allergy shots Lis? :laugh::laugh:

    Daughter was looking for a rallying cry of support. It was hard to meet that need. I finally told her that I still love her, but that it was going to take some time for everyone to get used to the idea.

    Talking about my girlfriend wants to travel, and or have a child of her (our) own. With me being the grandpa of the child of my unwed daughter.... That puts a serious financial/time dent in my future with her. Yes...... worried sick.

    Me too Jan. This is the same daughter that miscarried at 22+ weeks, then had terrible PPD and had to spend 10 days in the hospital getting her life back together. So, there are doubts about the outcome, and fairly fresh memories of terrible angst. Unfortunately neither myself, nor her two...
