    There's your problem... The wick was too short before. Cutting it down to just above the top chimney completely stopped the leaking! The popping is not so loud and scary, I'm hoping it will go away after I vape it awhile. Thank you Soignee

    I googled it, my rod sizes are 3/64, 1/16, 3/32, 1/8, and 9/64 I used the 2nd biggest one but not sure which one that is. I will try making the cotton ends a bit longer and mess around with different thickness amounts.

    Ok after sleeping I gave it another go. I started over this time I used a longer piece of wire for easy grip. I'm using 28ga wire, it seemed like what most people recommended. I wrapped it around my fingers and pulled as hard as I could when wrapping. I made sure to have the wraps touching but...

    I attempted to build a micro coil the wire is springier than I thought it would be. I squeezed it with tweezers, it bounced back out to not touching, then squeezed while torching allowed it to cool then released. Again it springed back out.     I got my Lemo today, building coils is harder than it seems. I'm lucky the coil it came with is 1.1 so the istick can function with it. I gave up on building a coil today.
