    Yeah, know! I live 35 miles from the Indiana border and we used to run there to save on state taxes (loose tobacco didn't matter). This federal increase is what prompted me to try vaping. It is just so unfair that we get screwed again.

    I had two knee surgeries about 5 years ago and BC/BS was my health provider. This was my employers coverage. If I remember correct, they were worried about adverse effects with the anaesthesiology as well. I guess smokers have a higher negative reaction to it.

    I smoked 3 packs a day, down to 1. I vape 16mg high, and cut it with glycerine at a 5 to 1 ratio. 5 parts juice to 1 vegetable glycerine. Doing this took the harshness out of the hit.
